Shipping Policy

Order processing

    All orders placed on our site are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday).

      If an order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, processing will begin the next business day.

        Shipping orders

          Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 24 hours on business days.

            We use the Colissimo and Mondial Relay services to ship our packages.

              delivery time

                Colissimo guarantees delivery within 2 to 4 working days from the date the package is deposited.

                Mondial Relay guarantees delivery within 3 working days from the date the package is deposited.

                Failure to comply with this deadline may in no case be held against Pica, nor result in any compensation for damages.

                After a period of 30 days from the order date, Pica will refund the undelivered goods by bank transfer.

                Beyond 30 days from the order date, the customer will no longer be able to claim a package not received.

                  Shipping costs

                  Delivery costs are €3.99 per order.

                  Delivery is free for orders of €50 or more.

                  If a promo code is applied and the total order amount is less than €50, the delivery charge of €3.99 will be applied.

                    Delivery area

                      At the moment, we only ship our products to France.

                        Additional information

                          You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track the delivery progress.

                          We strongly recommend that you check the condition of the package upon receipt and report any damage immediately to the carrier.

                            In case of delay or problem with the delivery, please contact our customer service at contact@picabijoux.com for quick assistance. Please note however that Pica declines all responsibility for delivery delays attributable to the Colissimo and Mondial Relay service.
