                          What are the delivery processing times?

                          All orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order over the weekend or on a holiday, processing will begin the next business day.

                          Once your order is processed, it will be shipped within 24 hours on business days.

                          What delivery service do you use?

                          We use the Colissimo service to ship our packages.

                          What are Colissimo’s delivery times?

                          Colissimo guarantees delivery within 48 hours from the date the package is dropped off. So, after dropping off your package, you can expect to receive your order within 2 business days.

                          What are the Mondial Relay delivery times?

                          Mondial Relay guarantees delivery within 3 working days from the date the package is deposited (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

                          Do you deliver outside of France?

                          At the moment, we only ship our products to France.

                          How much are the shipping fees ?

                          Delivery costs are €2.50 per order. Delivery is free for orders equal to or greater than €50. If a promo code is applied and the total amount of the order after reduction is less than €50, delivery costs of €2.50 will be applied.

                          How can I track my order?

                          Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the progress of the delivery on the Colissimo website.

                          What to do in case of delay or problem with delivery?

                          In the event of absence during delivery, Colissimo generally leaves a delivery notice with instructions to reschedule delivery or collect your package from a collection point.

                          Our working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

                          Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
